This may be irrelevant, but it seems that smugglers have found a way to bring luxury footwear from Lithavand to Myriaden, without paying import duties. This means several hundred less gold coins per year in the funds dedicated to develop the colony. Again it doesn't seem like much, but it means several families may not receive the aid necessary to survive their first winter in Lanfar, for example.
So, I don't think we will put an end to the network, but if your helpwould allow for some masterminds to be put behind bars, that would be really good.
Needless to say, smugglers don't sell their goods in standard markets. From what we know, they look for their clients in main cities of the country. Harbours, inns et commercial districts can be good places to start looking.
