Finding a hidden door has nothing to do with tracking game. However if there really is a ruin in the woods nearby, there is a strong chance that the vegetation there would be younger than elsewhere. The ability to notice this type of details is what distinguishes the good hunters from the bad. After around an hour, the vegetation draws your attention and you signal to Raphaello. He explores the surroundings and discovers a structure that that seems interesting.
