To build a tower in the desert, you must choose a location where the soil is the most stable. A mistake could be catastrophic. You take some soil samples to try to discover which place would have been most suitable for the erection of this building. Then an idea crosses your mind: what if the work had been started at the wrong place and the second tower had collapsed? So you start over your calculations to determine the place that would look perfect to an inexperienced eye, involving some risk of collapse.
You go take some rest after indicating the results of your research to Aubrey's men. The next morning, you are awakened by the joyful sound of the Falconers.
