The prisoner

Introduction

It seems that the prisoner that was arrested was in fact a doekin named Saskia? I guess you know her, because she called you by your name. Unfortunately, we can't allow you to visit her.The law requires a person of high rank to become the guarantor of the accused before any contact with outsiders is allowed. Usually, finding a guarantor is not very hard, the Falconers take care of that, but in this case... She doesn't have a family, she's not very co-operative, she attacked one of my men and, well, she's not human. If you found a noteworthy citizen to speak on her behalf, it would speed up the process.

Start resident: Siv Honeysuckle
Start location: Maliken harbor - Falconers' small fort

Cunclusion

Perfect, you can talk with your... witness, but she can't leave the fort. I also want you to know that a guard will stand nearby during your meeting and that everything that's said during your meeting will be reported to the guarantor or to one of his assistants. If the guarantor decides to drop the responsibility, you lose your right of access.
