It seems that the prisoner that was arrested was in fact a doekin named Saskia? I guess you know her, because she called you by your name. Unfortunately, we can't allow you to visit her.The law requires a person of high rank to become the guarantor of the accused before any contact with outsiders is allowed. Usually, finding a guarantor is not very hard, the Falconers take care of that, but in this case...
