First of all, you have to get yourself accepted by the inhabitants of the Lower Depths. Those people won’t trust you if they don’t consider you’re one of them. I suggest you get yourself incarcerated by the guards. That way, everybody will know you are a criminal. There is also another solution: you could help a criminal to escape. In both cases, I advise you to talk to Anessa, at Noroft Port. She’ll explain the procedure you need to follow.
